What is EFT/Tapping?

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also referred to as “Tapping”, is a simple practice where you tap on stress-reducing acupressure points while thinking or talking about what is bothering you. Sending signals to your brain and nervous system to feel safe and be able to shift the way you think and feel. To feel more regulation and respond instead of reacting in stressful situations.

Stress is the leading cause of all dis-ease and discomfort. We carry our emotional and physical stress in our body and energy systems. Tapping is a powerful tool that integrates the mind (thoughts), body (sensations), and emotions (feelings) to shift us on a cellular and quantum level to bring us back into balance.

What are the Benefits of Tapping?

How Can I Start Tapping?

Become familiar with the tapping points above and tap on them at least 5-7 times while thinking about your stress and acknowledging an acceptance statement or invite how you would like to feel. There are many free videos available online to follow along with.  Follow along with a video where I guide you through the points and a simple breathing exercise to help reduce stress within minutes.

Even though "Intentional Tapping" is a wonderful self-help tool, it often stays on the surface, clearing the intensity of our emotions and takes the edge off how we feel.
